We are Moving Forward!!

Well…I’m hoping the search is over…In a couple of weeks, this will be the new home of my shop. (this is a couple pictures that have been melded together, so the scale is a bit out of whack). Our new location will be at the Front Street Buildings in Dayton, Ohio. http://www.frontstreetbuildings.com/
There is a sense of community among the many Businesses and Artisan studios housed in these beautiful old buildings. We very much look forward to being a part of it!
Some of the basic renovations are still underway, but the plan is to take possession at the beginning of May…that’s not to say I’ll be in right away. Some of the electrical work will fall on me, and I’ll have to build in some ventilation for lacquer fumes….and of course move and set up the shop…
I’ll try to make our move as seamless as possible. I am both excited and nervous of the prospect of a little expansion and taking on the expense, but the move should help a bit with my deepening backlog.
