Everybody loves Memorial Day. An extended weekend, the promise of a long stretch of warm weather, school letting out contributes to an atmosphere of fun activities with friends and family.
While we celebrate over the weekend, let’s remember that Memorial Day is actually more of a solemn day of remembrance for those who have given their lives for our country. If you are visiting this website, the reason for Memorial Day is likely not lost on you. I think it’s okay though, that this day is also used as a time to honor Veterans who have volunteered for our country in the Armed Services. While Veterans Day is their day, it stands to reason that both holidays highlight a commonality in a soldiers experience. Some gave totally…all were willing to do so.
Most of the work we do here is geared towards Veterans who have lived a life for those who couldn’t. It has been my pleasure to offer something special to families that have suffered the loss of a loved one. It is my goal to provide families with a fitting and personal tribute that will keep a memory alive for generations.
